How to do it

  1. Sit on the bed with your knees bent and your feet flat, leaning back on one hand behind you.

  2. Let your knees fall open as far as feels comfortable.

  3. Reach down with your free hand and start with slow, light touches.

  4. Lean back or forward to change the angle and how much you can see.

Tips

  • Stack pillows against the headboard to lean on if your wrist tires.
  • Swap which hand is supporting you when one arm gets tired.
  • Keep your shoulders loose rather than hunched.
