How to do it
Choose a sturdy chair without wheels and sit near the front edge of the seat.
Plant both feet flat with your knees apart and lean back slightly into the backrest.
Reach one hand between your legs and rest the other on your chest, neck, or the arm of the chair.
Take your time and keep your breathing slow, shifting your hips forward or back to change the angle.
Tips
- Lay a towel over the seat if you want an easy cleanup.
- Skip any chair that wobbles or rolls.
- Lock the door or pick a time when you will not be interrupted.
