Good for

  • Taking control
  • Strong partners
  • Showing off

How to do it

  1. Receiver lies flat on their stomach with legs together.

  2. Giver squats over the receiver's hips, facing the receiver's head, with feet planted on either side.

  3. Lower into place with an upright torso, hands on your own knees or on the receiver's lower back for balance.

  4. Move by bobbing in the thighs and rocking, keeping your weight in your legs instead of on the receiver.

Tips

  • Giver, take breaks, because thighs burn faster than you expect.
  • Never drop your full weight onto the receiver, since the legs should carry you.
  • Plant your feet on a surface that will not slide, and skip the satin sheets.
