How to do it
Receiver lies flat on their stomach with legs together.
Giver straddles the receiver's hips facing the receiver's head, knees bent and feet planted on the bed.
Lean back and plant both hands behind you beside the receiver's legs, then lift into a reverse tabletop.
Pump the hips up and down in short bursts, resting between rounds.
Tips
- Giver, warm up your wrists first and keep your elbows softly bent.
- Work in short bursts and drop back down to rest whenever your arms say so.
- Receiver, hold still and speak up if the angle pinches.
