Good for

  • Out of bed
  • Quickies
  • Deep penetration
  • Taking control

How to do it

  1. Receiver lies face down on the bed with hips at the edge, legs together and feet resting on the floor, propped up a little on the elbows.

  2. Giver stands behind the receiver with a foot either side of their legs and knees soft.

  3. Bend your knees to match the bed height, then step in and take the receiver's hips in both hands.

  4. Move with a steady rock, letting the receiver push back against you.

Tips

  • Stack a pillow under the receiver's hips if the bed is too low.
  • Giver, bend at the knees instead of the back.
  • Receiver, keep your feet planted so the strokes do not slide you up the bed.
