Good for

  • Flexible partners
  • Lazy days
  • Slow and sensual
  • Showing off

How to do it

  1. Lie on your backs with heads at opposite ends and hips an arm's length apart.

  2. Bend your knees and lift your feet so that the soles of your feet meet in the air above your hips.

  3. Shimmy toward each other until your hips meet, keeping the soles pressed together to form a diamond.

  4. Push gently against each other's feet to rock and steady the movement.

  5. Release the feet and stretch out when your hips need a break.

Tips

  • Push gently, not hard. It is a duet, not a wrestling match.
  • Cushion the lower back and the hips if the floor is hard.
  • If your hips are tight, let the knees fall outward and meet the soles lower down.
