How to do it
Lie on your backs with heads at opposite ends and hips an arm's length apart.
The receiver bends both knees and sets the feet flat on the floor, beside the giver's waist.
The giver lifts the legs and drapes them across the receiver's hips and torso.
Shuffle together until your hips meet, and the receiver presses through the feet to rock and tilt the hips.
The giver keeps still and lets the receiver drive.
Tips
- A small cushion under the receiver's hips changes the angle in a hurry.
- If the feet slide, try a rug or yoga mat.
- The giver's legs can rest across the receiver's thigh so nothing needs to be held up.
