Good for
- Flexible partners
- Showing off
- Lazy days
- Slow and sensual
How to do it
Lie on your backs with heads at opposite ends and hips an arm's length apart.
Shimmy toward each other until your hips meet.
Each of you lifts both legs straight up, with a soft bend at the knees, so your legs stand side by side.
Press your thighs against each other for stability and rock with small movements of the hips.
Lower the legs whenever your hamstrings give notice.
Tips
- Keep a soft bend in the knees if hamstrings are tight; locked knees can pinch the back.
- A pillow under the hips takes pressure off the lower back.
- If holding the legs up tires you, lean them against each other and let that do the work.
