Good for

  • Quickies
  • Small spaces
  • Out of bed

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet about hip-width apart and your knees soft.

  2. Rest your free hand on your chest, neck, or a nearby piece of furniture.

  3. Reach your other hand between your legs and begin with slow, light touches.

  4. Sway your hips gently and let your knees bend as things build.

Tips

  • Keep your knees slightly bent so they never lock.
  • Lean on a dresser or counter if your legs begin to feel shaky.
  • Bare feet on a rug are steadier than socks on a smooth floor.
