How to do it
Stand with your back to a wall and walk your feet one step forward.
Lean back until your shoulders and hips are supported by the wall.
Let your knees bend slightly and your head rest back if it feels good.
Reach one hand down and use the other to press against the wall or touch your chest.
Rock your hips against the wall's support to set your rhythm.
Tips
- Slide your feet closer or farther from the wall to find the angle you like.
- Pick a clear stretch of wall with no art or shelves behind you.
- Wear grippy socks or go barefoot on a rug so your feet stay put.
