How to do it
Have the giver lie on their back with knees bent and feet flat.
Receiver: get on hands and knees over the giver's hips, facing toward the giver's head.
Lower down slowly until you meet, with hands planted near the giver's chest.
Giver: reach up and hold the receiver's waist to steady them.
Let the receiver rock back and forth to set the speed.
Tips
- Receiver: shift your weight onto the hands if the knees feel strained.
- Giver: keep the feet planted to give a stable base.
- Check the angle together, since small shifts change a lot.
