Good for

  • Lazy days
  • G-spot
  • Small spaces
  • Height differences

How to do it

  1. Have the receiver lie on one side at the edge of the bed, hips right at the edge.

  2. Receiver: bring your knees up toward your chest and keep your thighs together.

  3. Giver: kneel on the floor behind the receiver's hips, or stand if the bed is high.

  4. Hold the receiver's hip and upper thigh and ease in from behind.

  5. Keep the strokes short and steady, since the angle is tight.

Tips

  • A pillow between the receiver's knees takes pressure off the hips.
  • Kneel on a folded towel or cushion to save the giver's knees.
  • Receiver: turning your shoulders to look back makes it much more connected.
