Good for

  • Out of bed
  • Quickies
  • Flexible partners
  • Showing off

How to do it

  1. Have the receiver stand bent forward with both hands or forearms on a stable low surface.

  2. Lift one leg out to the side, knee bent.

  3. Giver: stand close behind and hold the receiver's hips and lifted thigh.

  4. Take slow, steady strokes while the receiver stays balanced.

  5. Put the leg down and switch sides when the standing leg tires.

Tips

  • Choose a surface that will not slide, such as a bed edge against a wall.
  • Giver: hold the lifted leg securely so it does not feel shaky.
  • Keep strokes short, because balance does the real work here.
