How to do it
Start in the usual arrangement, with one partner lying on their back and the other on top facing their feet.
Roll over together, keeping contact as you trade places.
Partner now underneath: bend your knees and rest your head on a pillow.
Partner now on top: lower down on hands and knees until you meet, keeping your weight on your arms.
Compare notes on which side feels better and swap again whenever you like.
Tips
- Swap slowly, since a quick roll can leave you both disoriented.
- Whoever is on top can carry the pace, so take turns steering.
- Use extra pillows under the head and hips of whoever is underneath.
