Good for

  • Slow and sensual
  • Hands free to roam
  • Lazy days
  • Beginners

How to do it

  1. Kneel on something soft with the receiver in front, facing away, and knees about hip width apart.

  2. The giver kneels right behind, chest against the receiver's back, with the giver's knees just outside the receiver's.

  3. The giver wraps both arms around the receiver's waist and rests the hands on the hips, while the receiver reaches back to hold the giver's hips.

  4. Rock together in small movements from the hips and thighs, with the receiver leaning back slightly to set the angle.

Tips

  • A folded blanket under the knees and a pillow under the shins make a big difference over a few minutes.
  • If thighs start to burn, sit back on your heels together for a minute and take it slow.
  • Whispering in the receiver's ear is optional, but strongly encouraged.
