Good for

  • Taking control
  • Showing off
  • Strong partners

How to do it

  1. Have the giver lie on their back with legs straight, a hand tucked under the small of the back to lift the chest a little.

  2. Receiver: sit across the giver's hips facing out to one side, with both feet on the bed on that side.

  3. Rest one hand on the giver's chest and the other on their thigh for balance.

  4. Rock your hips forward and back, or press through your feet to lift and lower.

  5. Giver: stay relaxed and follow the rhythm.

Tips

  • Keep the movement small, since a little motion goes a long way at this angle.
  • Turn to face the other side partway through to change the angle.
  • Sit down fully to rest whenever the thighs complain.
