Good for

  • Taking control
  • Strong partners
  • Showing off

How to do it

  1. Have the giver lie on their back with knees bent and slightly apart.

  2. Receiver: squat over the giver's hips facing their feet, feet planted flat.

  3. Lean forward and hold the giver's knees for support.

  4. Use your legs to rise and lower, finding a rhythm.

  5. Giver: keep knees steady and hold the receiver's hips.

Tips

  • Giver: keep knees firm so the receiver can lean on them.
  • Receiver: rest in a kneeling position when your legs tire.
  • Move slowly, since the squat is hard to control at speed.
