Good for

  • Hands free to roam
  • Taking control
  • Quickies

How to do it

  1. Have the receiver kneel upright on the bed, with knees apart and hips forward.

  2. Giver: get onto your hands and knees directly in front of the receiver, facing them.

  3. Lower your head toward the receiver's lap, with your weight resting on your forearms if you like.

  4. Receiver: rest your hands on the giver's shoulders or in their hair.

  5. Giver: set the pace and depth yourself.

Tips

  • Giver: rest on your forearms if your wrists start to ache.
  • Receiver: a pillow under your knees keeps the kneeling comfortable.
  • Agree on a tap signal so the giver can pause at any time.
