How to do it

  1. Have the giver lie flat on their back with knees bent and a pillow under their head.

  2. Receiver: position yourself above the giver's face on your knees, facing the headboard, with a knee on each side.

  3. Hold the headboard or the wall for balance and lower down slowly.

  4. Giver: rest your hands on the receiver's thighs or hips to guide how far they come.

  5. Keep the movement small and lift as soon as the giver taps.

Tips

  • Agree on a tap-out signal first, because the giver cannot talk.
  • Let the giver control depth and pace by keeping your movements shallow and slow.
  • Receiver: keep weight on your knees, not on the giver's face or neck.
