How to do it
Have the giver lie flat on their back with knees bent and a pillow under their head.
Receiver: kneel over the giver's head, a knee on each side, facing their feet.
Lean forward and plant your hands on the bed or the giver's thighs.
Lower down gently until you meet and keep every move shallow.
Giver: use your hands on the receiver's hips or thighs to control how far they come.
Tips
- Agree on a tap-out signal first, since the giver cannot speak.
- Let the giver control the depth and pace, and never push or hold the head.
- Receiver: use straight arms to keep your weight off the giver.
