How to do it
The giver lies on their back on a bed or sofa, hips at the edge, with both knees drawn up.
The receiver stands at the edge with their back to the giver's head, feet apart and knees softly bent.
Lean back slightly against the giver's raised thighs, which work as a backrest.
The giver takes hold of the receiver's hips, and you rock and roll together while the receiver adjusts the height with the knees.
Switch the stance, one foot forward, one back, if the legs get tired.
Tips
- Only lean as far as the giver's legs can comfortably hold; do not slam your weight onto their thighs.
- A cushion under the giver's hips helps level things out.
- Warn each other before changing position, since the receiver is the one in motion.
