Good for

  • Mutual pleasure
  • Taking control
  • Hands free to roam

How to do it

  1. Have the underneath partner lean back on their elbows, with knees bent and a pillow behind their shoulders.

  2. Partner on top: kneel over them, facing their feet, with your knees on either side of their torso.

  3. Lower the hips gradually until both of you can reach comfortably.

  4. Underneath partner: use your free hands to guide and support the top partner's hips.

  5. Lie fully back when your arms need a rest.

Tips

  • Stack pillows behind the underneath partner so propping up takes no effort.
  • Partner on top: rest most of your weight on your own knees and hands.
  • Agree on a tap signal for pausing, since neither of you can speak.
