Good for

  • Taking control
  • Slow and sensual
  • Hands free to roam
  • Beginners

How to do it

  1. Giver, lie on your back with your knees slightly bent and close together.

  2. Receiver, lower your hips onto the giver's and lie back along their torso.

  3. Bend your knees and plant your feet on the bed with your knees pressed together.

  4. Use your feet to lift and lower in small movements while the giver supports your ribs and matches the pace.

Tips

  • Keep the strokes short and let the feet do the work, not the knees.
  • Giver, your forearms can hold the receiver's ribs for support.
  • If the squeeze gets intense, relax your knees apart a little.
