How to do it
Have the receiver lie on their back with legs apart.
Giver: kneel between their legs and sit back on your heels.
Lean in and use both hands, one following the other.
Keep eye contact and watch how their body reacts.
Tips
- Two hands can do two things at once: one stroking, one cupping or pressing below.
- Twist your wrist slightly on the way up.
- Slow right down near the end if you want to draw it out.
