How to do it
Sit next to each other on the couch, close enough that your hips touch.
Receiver: lean back into the cushions and let your knees fall a little apart.
Giver: lean in and reach across with your inner hand into their lap.
Receiver: rest a hand on the giver's thigh, or guide their hand with yours.
