How to do it
One partner sits upright at one end of the sofa.
The other lies on their back along the seat, head resting on their partner's thighs.
The seated partner rests a hand on their head or in their hair.
The one lying down bends their knees and relaxes.
Tips
- A thin cushion on the lap makes it more comfortable for both.
- Slow fingertips on the scalp will put most people to sleep.
