How to do it

  1. Giver sits leaning back on their hands, legs out in front.

  2. Receiver straddles the giver's lap, facing them.

  3. Receiver plants one foot flat on the bed beside the giver's hip.

  4. Receiver hooks the other leg around the giver's back, then rocks using both.

Tips

  • Switch legs halfway through to even out the work.
  • The planted foot gives you lift and the hooked leg gives you pull.
  • Giver, hold the receiver's waist to steady the rhythm.
