Good for

  • Taking control
  • G-spot
  • Flexible partners

How to do it

  1. Have the giver lie flat on their back.

  2. Receiver: straddle the giver's hips facing their head, then plant one foot flat beside the giver's ribs.

  3. Slide the other leg back so it rests along the giver's legs.

  4. Rest your hands on your front thigh or on the giver's chest for balance.

  5. Shift your weight forward and back to change the depth, then swap legs.

Tips

  • Swap which foot is planted before the front thigh tires.
  • Giver: hold the receiver's hips to steady the lunge.
  • A slow, rolling motion works better than sudden bouncing.
